Blue Bell and Joshua Bradley Wedding Photography

Blue Bell and Joshua Bradley Wedding Photography

Lisa and Jamie have been friends of ours for quite some time and I was delighted when Lisa asked us to shoot their Wedding which was to be held at the Blue Bell Suite and The Joshua Bradley in Hyde.

There was so much preparation going into this Wedding and I knew the day would just be perfect.  Lisa and Jamie went down the vintage route, with Lisa wearing a 50’s style dress and to accompany this, their Wedding car was a stunning 1958 Cadillac.

Our day started off with Bridal preparations at the hair dressers and then it was onto Joshua Bradley for further prep.  Jason went to meet the boys in the bar to capture them having a pre Wedding tipple, just to calm the nerves of course.

It really was a fantastic Wedding, Lisa and Jamie had also booked the Singing Waiters for just after the Wedding Breakfast as a surprise for the guests.  They went down a storm and had everyone on their feet dancing and swinging to Dean Martin.

It really was great to be surrounded by so many friends, everyone had so much fun and commented that this was one of the best Weddings they had been to!

A perfect day for a perfect couple.

Wishing Lisa and Jamie all the very best for the future!

Gorton Monastery Wedding Photography

Gorton Monastery Wedding Photography

We had an absolute blast photographing Jodie and Chris’s Wedding at Gorton Monastery.  Its the 4th time we have shot at this stunning location, its simply breath taking and a very spiritual place.

The morning started off with bridal preparations at the hair dressers and then onto Jodie’s mum’s house for the Bride and Bridesmaids to get ready.  I love photographing how things unfold in the morning, the smiles, nerves and the giggles. It’s such an important part of the day.

Jodie looked absolutely stunning in her dress, she certainly blew Chris away as she walked down the aisle.

You can see from the photographs how much Jodie and Chris are in love.  It was just a fantastic day and it really was an honour to share their special day!

Thank you to Jodie and Chris for making us feel so welcome, we wish you all the very best for the future!

Meet Charlie Lee’s, he’s my little Cousin.  I was commissioned by his Mum Emma to do some Portraits for the Family for Christmas.

It’s the first time I have taken his pictures and I have to say he’s such a natural, he never stopped smiling for the camera all the way through.  He’s got such a cheeky grin and such beautiful eyes!

He’s definitely going to be a breaker when he’s older.

Here are some of my favourites from his session.

Enjoy:)

Greenfield Children’s Portrait Photography

Meet Lucy and Rhys Williams.

Over the years I have lost count of the amount of times I have photographed these two.  In many ways  photographing first Rhys and then Lucy led me to become a full time photographer.

Rhys was the first child I had ever photographed, and at the time I remember the pride I felt as these images were framed and made their way onto the family walls and the joy these photos brought to their parents.

I think this is when I realised that a change in career was around the corner and photography was something I wanted to do full time.

As a pair these two are never far from trouble, they have energy and attitude in abundance which is a joy to capture, even it means that their poor parents have to watch them 24/7

Here are my favourites from our latest session at Dovestones Reservoir in Greenfield.

Stanneylands wedding photography – Introducing Natalie and Andrew James

Natalie and Andrew James were Married at Stanneylands Hotel in Wilmslow, Cheshire in May this year.

I have known Natalie for a long time, not only is she a friend but we have previously photographed family portraits for her, and I was honoured when she asked us to shoot her Wedding.

I started the day off with Bridal preparations in the hotel room, whilst Jason eagerly awaited the Groom and the boys to turn up.

Natalie looked stunning in her dress, and I couldn’t wait to see Andrew’s face as she walked down the aisle.

The day was filled with emotion, joy, fun and laughter, it’s the first time I have photographed a Bride wanting a piggy back off her husband and the bridal party wanting to have races….LOL!

It was such a brilliant day and we wish Natalie and Andrew all the best for the future. xx
